All of our machines are custom built, and therefore non-refundable. We offer a full 12-month warranty on our equipment.
We arrange to have all machines delivered to your door using tracked delivery ( Shipping cost & delivery times may vary.)
We are not responsible for any import fees.
We can not be held responsible for shipping delays, and will not offer compensation should the fault be due to a third-party company.
Customer service is very important to us along with aftercare support.
All our machines come with a comprehensive 12-month warranty for parts and labour. If during the 12 months your machine breaks down under normal circumstances and needs a repair under warranty we would ask that you arrange to have a remote maintenance check carried out first via zoom to allow for visual diagnostic checks.
We suggest that you keep the original box/packaging should you need to return a machine. The warranty is only available if a manufacturing fault is found. Not for damages caused by dropping.
Most issues can be resolved immediately such as water fills. We are confident that we will provide you with first-class machines, and first-class service.
Our machines are manufactured internationally by a well-established and respected company in their field, all machines are CE certified with 15 years worth of trading and manufacturing experience.
You will need to return the machine to us, and pay the shipping fees.
A full manufacturer’s warranty gives you the knowledge that should the equipment, under normal use and conditions, develop an issue that it will be rectified as quickly as possible normally within an agreed time of 14-30 days. Misuse and damages caused by operator error are excluded. Spares and repairs are chargeable should the fault not be due to a manufacturing error.We are the training provider for the manufacturer as the first point of contact. We do not have the right to issue refunds, or compensate you should any faults occur or have a loss of business.
